To my valued customers,

It has been quite a couple of weeks here at CareFree Travel.

Earlier last week, hackers had gained control of my email account. I have regained control of the account, but if you have received any suspicious emails from us in the last week please call me.

Which brings us to our second issue. Late last week, Brightspeed, our telephone provider, illegally relinquished our phone numbers to hackers. I finally regained control TODAY of my business phone numbers that I have had for DECADES!

Using the word "hackers" means that there is a concern that must be addressed with my customers. Please know that I NEVER save ANY of your financial information when you book a tour with me. There is nothing to hack because there is nothing there.

My customer database is NOT online (nor is it capable of being online).

If you have difficulty calling me on my business phone numbers or want to make sure you directly reach me, please call me at 920-660-8037 (my mobile phone).

My customers are VERY important to me, and I am doing everything I can to get Brightspeed to recify the problem they've created.
